My Order Has Been Despatched But Has Not Arrived
Covid Delays: Please allow extra time for delivery than our normal times quoted. A lot of the time deliveries are arriving in the normal time but we are finding some areas are suffering more with Covid and the service is disrupted. This may not be your local area, it could be an area that handles your order on its way to you.
All our orders are sent tracked with GPS location delivery confirmation.
If your query is regarding tracking your order please see your order despatched confirmation email that will confirm it has been sent to you. It will have been sent to the email address you provided at checkout and will most likely be in junk/spam if you don't have it.
Tracking is not necessarily provided step by step; it may only provide delivery confirmation or attempted delivery for 1st and 2nd Class mail..
Once your order has been despatched we cannot control the speed of delivery, your post may arrive quickly one day and slower the next.
In the UK you must allow up to 14 days for delivery at normal times before an item is classed as lost and up to 30 days for International orders.
We cannot control the speed of delivery once despatched so we can only ask you to be patient and wait the required time.
We have found Postal Service Providers do not always leave a card if they call, this can often result in lengthy delays while the item is returned to us after non collection or contact with the Post Provider, please check your tracking regularly if the package does not arrive within the expected time.

Check your junk/spam if no reply message arrives, we aim to reply same working day if possible (sometime this may go out to next working day) during our opening hours Monday - Friday 10-4pm exc Bank Holidays.
If your request is urgent then calling us is the best option as order changes etc may not take effect and your order may be shipped before we see your message.
