We aim to despatch all orders for in stock items the same working day Monday - Friday (there is no despatch at weekends or on Bank Holidays) if ordered before 3.00pm, orders placed after this time including Next Day Delivery items may be despatched the day after.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Update 26th April 2021 - our deliveries are currently held in the USA due to a Force Majeure event due to adverse weather. Thank you for your patience; your special order will be despatched as soon as it arrives to us.
The 1-3 working days quoted for Special Order items may go out on occasions due to flight or customs delays or UK/US Bank Holidays depending on the length of the holiday.
If you order or a Special Order item with other stock items then the whole order will be sent when the pre-order or Special Order item is in stock. If one part of your order is urgent please place 2 separate orders.
Delivery & Charges:
Please note we have no control over the delivery times of Royal Mail or other couriers that we may use and cannot be held responsible for and/or guarantee the speed of delivery.
When checking out please select the required delivery method and current charges will be displayed.
We reserve the right to change the delivery service selected at checkout if the package can't be delivered by the chosen service or for other reasons, but it will always be sent by and equivalent speed of service.
You may be charged for importing items into your Country. Please note that you are responsible for any charges that may arise.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Our delivery prices above are based on small parcel size packages under 1kg.
If your order is large or heavy we reserve the right to contact you for the additional cost to ship your item. If this is not acceptable we will refund your order.
This does not happen very often but if an order is lost in the post we have 2 options:
1. Wait 10 working days for UK (20 working days for overseas) until the item is classed as lost and then we would despatch a replacement item.
2. You pay for another order before the time has elapsed and return the duplicate order for a refund should it arrive. If the item does not arrive we refund the second payment as your delivery is insured.
Both of these ways are very frustrating for our customers but delivery is out of our control and items do get lost in the post, but thankfully very occasionally.
