We aim to despatch all orders for in stock items the same working day Monday - Friday (there is no despatch at weekends or on Bank Holidays) if ordered before 3.00pm, orders placed after this time including Next Day Delivery items may be despatched the next working day.
Free UK shipping available on qualifying orders over a certain value (see homepage, this value excludes shipping and downloads).

Please note we have no control over the delivery times of Royal Mail or other couriers that we may use and cannot be held responsible for and/or guarantee the speed of delivery.
When checking out please select the required delivery method and current charges will be displayed.
We reserve the right to change the delivery service selected at checkout if the package can't be delivered by the chosen service or for other reasons.
You may be charged for importing items into your Country. Please note that you are responsible for any charges that may arise.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
Our delivery prices and free option are based on small parcel size packages under 1kg.
If your order is large or heavy we reserve the right to contact you for the additional cost to ship your item. If this is not acceptable we will refund your order.
We ship all items as economically as possible to keep your shipping costs down which means many items are sent in thin grey mailing bags or jiffy type bags. This means that the external box of items ordered may get damaged in the post leaving the internal item you have purchased unharmed. This is the function of the outer box to protect the contents, but if it is important to you that items including the outer box are delivered to you in the best condition possible you should stipulate this when you purchase and we may have to make additional charges for additional packaging or postage costs due to increased size and weight of the package.
This does not happen very often but if an order is lost in the post we have 2 options:
1. Wait 10 working days for UK (20 working days for overseas) until the item is classed as lost and then we would despatch a replacement item. A delay in customs in your country does not count towards these days, we can not control or be held responsible if your country is very slow to clear items through customs.
2. You pay for another order before the time has elapsed and return the duplicate order for a refund should it arrive. If the item does not arrive we refund the second payment as your delivery is insured.
Both of these ways are very frustrating for our customers but delivery is out of our control and items do get lost in the post, but thankfully very occasionally.
