My Order Has Not Despatched
Please note due to Covid 19 our suppliers and ourselves are now short staffed and working hard to keep supply lines open.
This means that our deliveries are on occasion being despatched to us a day or so later than normal which may push out the normal speedy delivery time you experience from us (the onward mail to you may also be slower than normal at present).
If you have your order confirmation email please do not email or call us asking where it is (it just slows things up even more as it takes time to reply), we have your order and will send it ASAP.
My Tutorial Password or link does not work.
If you are considering contacting us because you cannot get a tutorial link / password to work please ensure you are following the instructions given and typing exactly what is shown into your address bar of your browser (do not type into Google etc that will not work) as 99.9% of the time this is the problem.
My Order Has Not Arrived
All our orders are sent tracked with GPS location delivery confirmation.
Please note the post is now taking longer to arrive, 2nd Class is now taking up to 2 weeks or more, 1st Class is also much slower than normal.
If your query is regarding tracking your order please see your order despatched confirmation email that will confirm it has been sent to you, it could be in junk or spam if you don't have it.
Tracking is not necessarily tracked step by step it will only provide delivery confirmation or attempted delivery for 1st and 2nd Class mail..
Once your order has been despatched we cannot control the speed of delivery, your post may arrive quickly one day and slower the next.
You must allow up to 10 working days for delivery at normal times (presently 2-3 weeks can be normal for all post at present) before an item is classed as lost. Please do not contact us before 20 working days we will only tell you you have to be patient and wait.
International customers must watch the tracking for your order and expect similar delays or longer than UK mail.
We have found Postal Service Providers do not always leave a card if they call, this can often result in lengthy delays while the item is returned to us after non collection or contact with the Post Provider, please check your tracking regularly if the package does not arrive within the expected time.

Please do not contact us asking where your item is, please read the notes above.
As we are in the midst of a global pandemic, there are delays at present, please be patient the post is taking considerably longer than normal at times.
We are short staffed and replying to emails telling you the above takes a lot of time out of our day.
