You must be over 18 years of age to buy flash or the dangerous items from our website. By accepting these terms you are confirming you are over 18 years of age or if under 18 you agree not to buy flash or dangerous/ restricted items.
"Special Order Items" - Cannot be Cancelled or Returned Once Ordered.
Please note any item on our website that shows as a Special Order, once ordered these cannot be cancelled or returned if you change your mind without incurring a substantial restocking charge to cover returning the item to the supplier - who in most cases is based in the USA . Quite often this charge will be more than the item is worth in the case of low value items.
Our website is very clear in identifying these products on the item page and there is also a prominent message at basket checkout telling you special order items can not not returned.
Tracking Your Order
With every order we send out a confirmation email to the email address you provide. If you do not get a confirmation then you should check the address you typed is correct and or check your spam or junk folders for the email.
The email address given will also be used to notify you when we ship your item and provide tracking details where applicable.
If your email is incorrect etc you will not get the notification.
If an item is returned to us because it has not been collected from the post office or no contact has been made to redeliver you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
It is also your responsibility to check the tracking where applicable if your package seems to be taking longer than expected to arrive and make contact with the carrier should that be required to rearrange delivery etc, this is especially important for international orders.
Sometimes the carrier note to say they tried to deliver may be lost before you see it for some reason, in these cases only checking online will tell you if they have tried to deliver. It is therefore important you check the tracking if your parcel is slow to arrive as it may well be at your local post office waiting collection or redelivery.
When an order is sent out, if the delivery takes longer than the guidelines set out by the Post Office, then Saturn Magic cannot be held responsible.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail and can be tracked on this website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item If your order is being shipped outside the UK, Royal Mail use a delivery partner in your country to deliver. Please refer to the tracking website for a link to see who that partner is for your country which will enable you to track in more detail once it leaves the UK.
If your order is slow to arrive, please check the tracking, as once it has left us we have no control over the speed of delivery or advise anymore than the tracking website. Sometimes the Post Office or courier try to deliver but do not leave a card or any record of the attempt other than online. It is your responsibility to check the tracking website and contact the carrier as required. If items are returned to us due to non-collection, non-delivery or with problems with your address then we can not resend until the shipping has been paid again.
Pre-order & Special order Products
Special Order Items normally arrive with us within 1-3 working days of your order. Public holidays here or in the US can extend this lead time as can occasional flight delays as most special order items are imported from the US.
Pre-order expected delivery dates are an estimate based on the information given to us by our supplier. We always add the shipping time to the suppliers estimated release date so the date shown is the day we expect to be able to ship to you. Sometimes this date can be extended which is out of our control, but we will obtain the item as soon as it is available.
Once placed these special orders cannot be cancelled if they have been shipped to us from the supplier. Please be sure any special order items you require are correct before placing the order.
Import Duty and Taxes
These are responsibility of the customer to pay as they arise and are not included in the purchase or delivery prices charged. Any items returned for refusing to pay the custom duties will not be refunded.
Orders Delayed or Lost in the Post
This does not happen very often but if an order is lost in the post we have 2 options.
1. Wait 10 working days for UK (20 working days for overseas) until the item is classed as lost and then we would despatch another order.
2. You pay for another order before the time has elapsed and return the duplicate order for a refund should it arrive. If the item does not arrive we refund the second payment as your order is insured.
Both of these situations are very frustrating for our customers but delivery is out of our control and items do get delayed or lost in the post, but thankfully this is very rare.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have any doubts if an item is for you please contact us before ordering and we will advise as best we can.
You have the right to cancel your order for actual physical goods supplied from stock (excludes special orders) with no magical instructions or items returned factory sealed where you are not able to access any instructions within 30 days.
You are liable for return expenses and goods must be returned by you in an unused and in an as new external box condition etc before we issue any refund.
If an item proves to be faulty it will be replaced asap.
If the product you order has a bonus page no refund can be offered after purchase as you will have access to this information as soon as you make your purchase. The same applies for instant videos, ebooks downloads, items with a dvd, printed or streaming instructions once you have access to the information.
Special order items cannot normally be returned for refund, so please be sure the item is what you require.
On occasion we have deliveries returned to us because they have not been collected from the post office. In such instances a restocking fee of at least 30% will apply or you must pay the full price (the actual price we pay plus packaging costs) for redelivery of your item.
We have had customers contact us after buying a trick or item and say they want to return it because they will not use it now they know how it is done or how the item can be used. We are sorry but we are unable to take any returns for items in this way as you will have learned the secret to the effect even if you return the item and props. Learning magic is a journey that takes many years and is never ending. We often find ourselves referring to and using tricks, ideas and principles from tricks we bought years ago that we thought we would not use at the time due to skill levels etc, as you learn and gain more experience you find tricks suddenly become more useable and the principles learned from them useful in other areas. The price of a trick is also not just for the item received, much of the price reflects the work that has gone into producing the effect and coming up with the idea not necessarily the cost of the props provided.
Please be aware that many trailers are edited and often show what the spectator experiences and are not showing everything that happens during the performance to protect the secret before purchase.
If you are in any doubt that a trick will suit you please contact us before making the purchase.
Please note returns can not be accepted without a return number being obtained in advance of the return, if you have problem with your item please contact us first, as returning your purchase without contacting often adds unnecessary cost to resolving the problem.
Product Liability and Age Restrictions
The nature of the magic business means that various items may be supplied to achieve the magical effects. These items may be dangerous or harmful in some way. This may not be outwardly advertised in any adverts for an item as it may expose the secret, you are therefore responsible for the safe use and handling of items supplied. We will not be held responsible for any harm or injury caused by any of the items we supply.
Some items we sell will require the use of items that can not be sold to those under age. In such cases if you are under age you must ask a parent or guardian to buy these items for you if you wish to do the effect with their permission. Items can not be returned for this reason as you will have had access to the instruction and knowledge contained in the item purchased.
Accepting Your Order
We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order if there is a problem supplying the item ordered. This could be due to a system or stock error or shipping restrictions for items ordered to certain countries. If this is the case will will notify you as soon as possible and refund the amount in question. We will not be liable for any loss or disappointment caused.

We do our best to keep the website up to date with current pricing, information etc sent from our suppliers. Due to the large number of items we list on our website we are not able to check them all for accurate add copy etc. In the rare instance of any errors or stock not being available we reserve the right to contact you to advise and you may if you wish cancel the order and have a full refund, or in the case of a misdescribed item return it unused for a full refund.
We try to ensure all ad copy and instructions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free but on occasions there may be errors.
